By accessing or using Serogi (including the Android app and web app at serogi.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of Serogi, including visitors, registered users, and Pro subscribers.

Serogi is an AI concierge and personal assistant platform powered by Zero, our AI persona. The service is available as: • Android App — Downloadable from Google Play • Web App — Accessible at serogi.uk Zero provides conversational AI assistance, task planning, notes, image generation, research, and related features. Specific features may vary between platforms and subscription tiers.

Registration: You may use some features without an account. Certain features (Pro access, cloud sync) require a registered account. Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use Serogi. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use Serogi to: • Generate, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or third parties • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions • Use automated scripts to interact with the service in an abusive manner • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Impersonate another person or entity • Use the service for commercial spam or unsolicited communications We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for violations of these policies.

Pro Access: Enhanced features are available through Pro subscription (Google Play billing on Android) or Pro Token activation on web. Pro Tokens: Tokens are non-refundable once activated. Tokens are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another user. Billing: Subscription billing is handled by Google Play. Any billing disputes should be directed to Google Play support. We do not store payment card details. Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will continue at the price locked at the time of purchase until the next renewal.

Nature of AI Responses: Zero's responses are generated by AI and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. They should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Always verify important information from authoritative sources. Responsibility: You are responsible for how you use content generated by Zero. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses. Ownership: Content you create using Serogi belongs to you. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use.

Serogi IP: The Serogi name, logo, brand, app design, and underlying software are owned by Serogi AI Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited. Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create and input into Serogi (notes, messages, images). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this content solely to provide the service to you. Third-Party AI: Zero uses third-party AI providers (DeepSeek, Gemini, etc.) under their respective terms. Their IP remains their own.

Your use of Serogi is also governed by our Privacy Policy at serogi.uk/privacy. By using Serogi, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. In summary: your chat data stays on your device, we do not sell your data, and we do not use your conversations to train AI models.

As-Is Service: Serogi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serogi AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Consumer Rights: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of Serogi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. This policy was last updated on 27 July 2026.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. As a UK-registered company, we comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the UK GDPR, and all applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
